A team's row is colored green for victories, pink for losses.
(Thus you'd like to see a lot of green in the Clements row and a lot of pink in the Clements column.)

"Proof" that Clements is both the worst team

and the best team in the district

The following well-known saying is part of a phrase attributed to Benjamin Disraeli and popularized in the U.S. by Mark Twain:

There are three kinds of lies: lies, damn lies, and statistics.

In that spirit, here is a proof, based on undeniable statistics, that Clements is the worst team in the district (and Willowridge is the best).  (Notation: A x-y B means that A beat B this season by a score of x to y.)

Willowridge  27-0  Kempner 12-3 Austin 17-14 Hightower 34-17 Elkins 25-22 Bush 31-28 Marshall 27-12 Dulles 42-39 Clements.

And here is a proof, also using undeniable statistics (and many of the same ones), that Clements is the best team in the district (and Willowridge is the worst):

Clements  13-7  Kempner 12-3 Austin 17-14 Hightower 34-17 Elkins 25-22 Bush 31-28 Marshall 27-12 Dulles 41-14 Willowridge.
